Don't you just hate it when runners have the audacity to try and access your servers without permission? Don't you just hate it when you ask them nicely to stop breaking your things, and they just laugh at you while they pay themselves to break more? Well look no further because this deck solves it all.
The answer to all of these pesky runner-related issues is always the same: Violence. And lots of it. If the runners want to break your things, let them break them. Heck, you can even join in on the breaking fun! This deck's concept is to completely ignore scoring agendas. The only thing that matters is BULLETS, and assets make for some very big bullets. Place down as many 0-cost assets as you can and waste the runner's time and money because it'd be a mistake to let you keep these assets. They have no choice but to dance to your tune.
A runner will initially go "Oh that's not so bad. I've seen worse from Jinteki and NBN." and they are probably right because we only get 15 influence. BUT usually Jinteki and NBN decks don't run Mutually Assured Destruction and End of the Line which is the endgoal.
So the plan is:
Since this deck has basically no ice (I didn't even want to put in Border Control but sometimes you just die from a Shaper with a turn 1 Conduit running R&D 5 times in a row so you need a distraction) the only real weakness it has would be a deck that can run R&D better than you can draw cards - but that's what the traps are for - or somebody like Esâ Afontov: Eco-Insurrectionist topdecking you non-stop without caring, or Nyusha "Sable" Sintashta: Symphonic Prodigy with a Docklands Pass because the extra clicks gives them more opportunity to trash assets and pluck out agendas from HQ before you can shuffle them away. Also an Anarch running Maw, or a virus deck with Imp and Knobkierie but Knob is banned now so it's less of an issue! Otherwise, this is the perfect solution for any Weyland executive needing to exterminate pesky runners. End of the Line is meat damage instead of net damage so that means the runner will probably not have anything that can specifically mitigate meat damage because they're non-meta. If you're really unlucky, the runner will have a full hand with Marrow + just drew 4 cards with Class Act after eating all those tags, but that's a very specific coincidence that nobody is going to think about doing. Though 3x Steelskin Scarring in the hand might be a thing that could happen. If you draw any agendas, feel free to overdraw, dump them into Archives, and then let Spin Doctor and Drudge Work shuffle them back into the deck. If you get an early Offworld Office and Border Control together, maybe try to score it for free money. Otherwise, agendas don't matter.
This deck went 8-3 on Jnet so I am going to claim that this strat is legit. Just have to deal with the fact that it's TOO effective and runners refuse to join your lobbies so it takes like an hour for one runner to join for a 5 min game (I'm sorry Jnet, please forgive me) ;_;
I thought about adding other cards, like more ice, or cards like Hostile Takeover with The Outfit for better econ, or advanceable ice like Ice Wall to go with the identity but they are effectively distractions from deploying assets. Money is nice but bullets are better. So I went all-in on the asset concept.
I started out with a 90+ card deck so trimming it down to 51 took a lot of hemming and hawing, and only because I couldn't stand having more agendas diluting the deck. There are still alternatives you could consider like changing the quantity of traps like Behold! and Oppo Research, or having more Clearinghouses. Also some other anti-runner cards like Wake Up Call. But again, the focus should be: Violence. Trashing runner cards is nice but you want to kill, not trash something so a Shaper can just dig it out of the trash next turn like they always do. Taking time out of your day to advance a Clearinghouse is a good cause but still a distraction. Every click spent needs to be an asset-sized bullet. Same reason why I don't have Meteor Mining or Azef Protocol for agendas, or Reconstruction Contract (though that card is banned now). Don't know how Wage Workers would work here. On the other hand, Mwanza City Grid would be a nice alternative to use influence on if you can put in more traps.
At the end of the day, there is only one goal: Assets Assets Assets, then SHOOT TO KILL. That's the Weyland way.

@slice) master I love it . I think you can build a secure and reliable system without having to use brute force.
