Angel Investor

The Story

Fisk is a highly publicized Angel Investor for many start ups in the tech industry. He's one of the wealthiest men in the world that isn't a CEO to a mega-corporation. He has powerful connections in the evil sector which has allowed him to be sneaky and set up more than one Data Leak Reversal on the competing companies to the tech he's invested in. Even if discovered by those mega corps being so public in the media makes it hard for anyone to lay a hand on him. Paparazzi swarming at all times. If they ever give him a moments peace he can jump online and manually take out of a few choice projects to ensure the success of his investments. Not to mention the ties he has in various gangs bring in the information he needs to accelerate tech from his various start up investments.

The Execution

Keys to the deck:

Ideally get a Gang Sign and Logos out early, massive amount of card draw to build up your rig from Diesel and Laramy Fisk: Savvy Investor which also helps chew through R&D. The rig is all the resources, save the Paparazzi a Wireless Net Pavilion and a Fall Guy out and is possible after Data Leak Reversal is installed too. This makes it a serious pain to trash the DLR. Don't manually trash any DLRs because you'll want to keep re-installing.

Primary:
  1. Data Leak Reversal Mill using Paparazzi for tags and protection. Protect these with Wireless Net Pavilion and Fall Guy.
Backup:
  1. Eater - Keyhole
  2. Logos Allows you to keep from getting too far behind and hold more pieces in your hand as you draw up.
  3. Gang Sign and HQ Interface Bring in some accesses to help pressure agenda flooded HQs.
  4. Hades Shard You all know what to do with this by now. Don't get pre-mature with it, install it asap, and if you loose all of your fall guys pop it before it gets trashed.
Econ:
  1. Tri-maf Contact is all the credits you need
  2. Drug Dealer gives you consistent draw while Diesel, Express Delivery and Fisk Investment Seminar speed things up.

Why this way?

Laramy Fisk: Savvy Investor I have a no-breaker Iain Stirling: Retired Spook deck that managed to get a no draw Gagarin down to 4 cards before I scored out after loosing my last DLR. So I wanted to add a backup mill option in keyhole. I built a ken version so I could get the influence and someone reminded me of Quality Time being a better fit than Diesel for the 2 influence and then I could run it out of Andy, but that meant I could get it back into Fisk. the draw is strong so the rig should build quick enough. And like an Angel Investor IRL you're taking on some risk for what could be a great payout.

You don't actually have any money to Eater + Keyhole though
