posting for posterity, this is what the meta looked like before they banned/rotated all the good cards. i am confident it is the best runner in the game, but i think femme should probably have been another turtle, and i'm not convinced 3 bloo moose 2 daily casts is better than 2 bloo moose 3 daily casts

loving the consistency of this build. the only change to my deck currently is -1 passport +1 casts.
