This is a Startup Deck just out of the cards from System Gateway plus additional deck building cards.
It won’t win tournaments nor is it super optimized. I had some reliable success against my best friend and that’s about it.
I post it specifically to see what others think where the weaknesses and maybe some strengths are. And mainly because I had a blast building it.
This deck is not interested in scoring out. It taxes via net damage early and tried to flatline with Clearinghouse, Urtica Cypher or a Neuro Spike after tricking the runner into stealing the 5/3. The only reason you wanna score is just to get the 7 creds or put some card back into the deck from Archives.

From what you write it sounds like you mistake Neurospike with Punitive Counterstrike? You can only use Neurospike to deal damage when you scored, instead of what the Runner stole - but sorry if I misunderstood you.
