Trapivost (4-3 European and African Continental Swiss)

Utati 77

This deck was helped a great deal by the lack of open decks in swiss. The game plan is to use tagging tech to flood the runner with a trap and then boom them before they realise it's a weird deck. Pravdivost works suprisingly well in a shell-game format due to the floating advancement making a trap access even worse.

If you're interested in trying a deck like this I think this deck is a much more flexible example. My losing games were due to a lack of immediate threat once misdirection hit the table, the jig being up once a steelskin deflating my boom (shoutout to Shorty's Esâ) and Sauc3 from my local meta avoiding my perfectly un-suspicious 9-advanced checklist scion. I think wowarlok's deck fixes those issues with urticas and vladisibirsk.

I had a lot of fun at my first big tourney, and I'm looking forward to the next one I get a chance to play in!

Thank you for the shoutout! I'm glad more people are having fun enjoying traps in pravdivost, I had a blast when testing for my list. Also it's wowarlOK :)

So cool to see new people entering the tournament scene. Kudos for bravely enter the second toughest tournament with such an interactive and fun identity! 🙂 Thanks for the shoutout and the neat round we had! But Esa survived your Boom! because of the additional handsize by Marrow, unfortunately Steelskin only triggers if you survive the instance of damage. 😉
