Surf's up!

This is a fairly standard PPKate shell that's been knocked down to a questionable tier 2 so it can focus on bypassing ice rather than breaking it :D

Femme and the Security Nexus/Surfer combo make for some hilarious shenanigans, consistency be damned. You can bypass, bypass some more, or even ride the wave all the way to a win.

So crack open a cold one, hang ten, and strap in until you get 7 points.

Surfer and Nexus don't work together, Nexus would always have to resolve first (it's a triggered on-encounter ability, Surfer is a paid ability).
