Retired but not retarded V2

A remastered version thanks to your advices. I dropped Kati & legworks to put 2 special orders & 1 more HQ interface.

I feel that Kati isn't necessary in this deck since you can amass without her a lot of money, & is more click efficient to draw new cards instead. A professionnal contact would do marvels here, sadly influence is limited!!
