Origin

My first competitive Netrunner deck was Bridgeman's PD list and it has been my go-to deck for various events. Its simplicity made it easy to learn how to play the game, and his streams made a great tutorial teaching how this type of deck is played in the right hands, and how to solve various situations you might encounter as PD games go.

Unity

The problem I had with previous iterations of PD decks I played was that face check was too easy. Run with 1 click left, then worst of Ansel can be dealt with, and MIC only loses 1 click. So I let go of Your Digital Life to slot in Hammer.

With unity of Hagen, MIC, and Hammer, I have dangrous facecheck in all ice types. This slows down runners, especially those who have Aumakua, K2CP Turbine, or World Tree. Catching Leech and Bankroll is a bonus. This swap makes economy worse, so careful play is needed to not over-extend in installing and rezzing ices and exposing Tranquility Home Grid.

Precision

This version is largely similar to other PD lists that became popular since. Score behind gear check, threaten never advance with recurring Seamless Launch, and close out with powerful defensive upgrades or by taking advantage of scoring windows opened by baiting runs into expensive remote or centrals. I also like how Architect Deployment Test lets me plan out the turns, place ice to protect weak servers or to double down on scoring remote.

Perfection

In the tournament, I played this deck 6 times and did not lose. I faced Sable, Kit, Lat, and Hoshiko.
