Lyenol 7

A untested build that, in theory, will give the runner tags and make them sink money into advancing a run through servers all while you gain a steady credit income. Has some cards to take advantage of the tags, but primarily keeping credits out of their pockets so they can't hit valuable server assets. Will definitely need tweaking after playtesting.
