[Neo] Bait and Switch

Pravdivost deck I took to are local Neo tournament. Two flatlines, a timed win and a lost to LeviPurple's excellent Spark of Femme deck saw me to first place with the help of my Sabo Loup deck.

I had been training my meta mates up of a version of Pravdivost using Urtica Ciphers and Clearinghouses behind Vasilisas and Akhets were if you guessed wrong you were flatlined. The correct line against that deck was to draw up until you wouldn't die to a 4/5 advanced Utica and hope you were clearing out a clearinghouse or mega Beale instead. With that in mind I switched it up with End of the Line, Chekist Scion and Drago. So the correct line against the old deck was certain death against this one!

It is probably not that good a deck, but it is an evil one.
