Echelon is so bad, it's not worth playing.

I may or may not have lost me a game to Rotage in swiss because of this.

Any regrets?

None at all, No Killer feels better than losing Bravado, I couldn't afford to use Echelon to break Ansel + Drafter under NAC anyway.
With open decklists, it's slightly worse as they will exploit this weakness. I didn't though about it as I wasn't expecting to get in a top4 of a 100 person tournament.
