Moon got Shot (1st and Undefeated at Last Polish Nationals)

This deck is nearly a carbon copy of maninthemoon's Shoot the Moon 🌙. He already wrote an amazing piece about it. Go and read it.

For the longest time I couldn't see myself picking up PD. Don't get me wrong, the deck that Rotom won worlds and keeps winning with is still very good. It just never clicked with me. And then maninthemoon posted the Shoot the Moon list. The first time I passed with twelve or so cards in my hand I knew what I would enjoy for the next couple of weeks or months.

What can I say about it that he didn't write before? The deck feels amazing, Gatekeeper, Rashida Jaheem and Midnight-3 Arcology fuel your entire economy^TM. RLC's make sure that you can use all the cards you draw and give you the ability to pull off some PD kickflips. The tempo the deck can dictate makes sure that runners cannot find all their toys to stop you. All the parts are supported by the immortal HB core of solid Ice, Upgrades and Seamless Launches.

The small changes from the original list Hagen -> Bran and Magnet -> Ablative Barrier were a nod to the Polish player's affinity for Kit. I didn't expect any other player to pick up Ari and the new Esa lists not running Botulus made Magnet feel like a waste of a slot. At the same time I didn't expect many criminals to show up and so Turtle hunting Hagen could take a break.

The only other card I could see swapping for something else right now is NEXT Activation Command in light of the all-time low numbers of Boomerangs and Botulus on the other side of the table.

Once again I want to thank all the players who showed up, organized, helped or simply were at the venue at the time of the tournament. You were a wonder to play against, chat and spend time together with.
