Pre-rotation decklist |
After what seemed endless painful hours of reworking and reworking, I am finally satisfied with this deck. Every card in this deck is in here for a reason in order to make sure it runs smoothly. I will tell you why every card is in this deck because without these cards the whole deck changes in how it runs and functions throughout the game. This deck is extremely strong in all stages of the game and is very versatile in how you choose to play it. This deck is suitable for all players and play styles.
This deck has a very strong draw mechanic with Fisk Investment Seminar, Earthrise Hotel and Professional Contacts. These cards allow you to continue to replenish your hand all throughout the game and keep your economy as well. Now with all the draw you are going need a very strong economy as well to fund all your programs and runs. Career Fair, Easy Mark, Sure Gamble, Bank Job, Daily Casts and Kati Jones are all you need to fund everything you want to do with this deck. It will fund early aggression, nonstop building and then nonstop runs with all your icebreakers. These are plenty and can always be used so you will always have credits no matter how you want to play the game.
Every Icebreaker is in here because each serves a usefulness at different stages of the game. Corroder, Faerie,Passport and Peacock are for early game aggression and to fill in the gaps for the late game icebreakers you don't have installed yet. Faust, GS Shrike M2, GS Striker M1 and GS Sherman M3 are all late game icebreakers that can easily go through the toughest of ice late game for cheap. These late game icebreakers allow you nonstop runs on anything you wish. Multithreader can help fund those runs as well.
Legwork is so you can pry even more cards from the HQ when you easily bypass all of his ice and score all the agendas as fast as possible. Inside Job saves you credits by bypassing a piece of ice so you can make even more runs with all those credits in the future! Logos is very important to the deck because if the enemy corp is doing aggressive scoring then you can search your deck for the cards you need to stop them and pressure them. I then added in Paparazzi to counter those decks that tag you then deal 8 meat damage to you in one turn.
As you can see every card in this deck has its use and in for a reason. I love that this deck can be played anyway you wish and can deal with anything the corp tries to do. You have a ton of draw to deal with net and brain damage and you can prevent meat damage. You will always have a strong economy all throughout the game and have every icebreaker you need to destroy any piece of ice the corp tries to play at any point in the game. Try this deck out card for card and tell me what you think.

A couple things: The "Weapons" suite is not that great with late-game ICE, particularly strength 5 or greater without Sunny's ridiculous 6 drip backed up by Lucky Find. It's fantastic vs. early-mid multisub, and GS Shrike M2 is a good breaker - but Crim already has some of the best solutions to sentries that don't require burning influence like the excellent Faerie and Mongoose. Paparazzi, while definitely protecting you from meat kill, also means the death of your ProCo, Kati, Earthrise, Daily Casts. Plascrete Carapace is better, as is Crash Space which helps clear out tags from Account Siphon which you curiously aren't running. You aren't really built for Faust here outside of Earthrise Hotel which is expensive. I'd drop it along with the Sunny Breaker Suite, fill out with another Faerie and roll with Mongoose instead. I don't think you'll even need Multithreader, and the influence saved on these programs can buy you more disruptive events like RnD multiaccess, or a Shard. Lastly, Sneakdoor Beta wins games. Forged Activation Orders after a Account Siphon can bring a scoring remote into Inside Job. Some of the most powerful Criminal tools are also the simplest. |

Paparazzi is not a good card for meat damage protection. What if they trash it and then Scorched you next turn? And one question, why do you have so many programs? Is it a little bit too redundant? I hope you test this deck to find out its weaknesses because as far as I can see, there are a lot of them. |

If they trash Paparazzi and there are no other tangible tags on the table, then Scorch cannot be played. If the only thing tagging you is Paparazzi, then you're good if it's trashed. |

I have done nothing but test this deck over and over and the reason why I have so many programs is to deal with ice at any point in the game. You will always have an answer to what the corp tries to do and Faust is in the deck for any extra icebreakers you have in your hand you cannot use later on in the game. You will always have the credits to remove tags and they are going to have to work alittle bit harder to tag you and trash it in the same turn. This is not a deck built around faust but can be catered around it easily if you wish with all the draw mechanics in the deck. The M1 M2 M3 cards take 6 credits max if you are facing a deck with nothing but really tough ice cards like Blue sun. The smaller icebreakers are for going against jinteki or anything else to easily bypass them and you don't need the late game icebreakers but have them in case. I have tried account siphon in the deck and it is not worth running because it doesn't mesh as well as the other cards do. Every card in this deck has a usefulness at any point in the game and will not just sit in your hand because you always have an out. Faust can be used to to get rid of early game icebreakers you did not use and other draw cards you do not need. You have the ability to deal with early game ice and late game ice for cheap all throughout the game. It is cheaper for a M1 to break a strong code gate than a passport or peacock. if you don't need the m1 m2 or m3 then use it as fuel for faust and stick with the other icebreakers in the deck. Paparazzi is not really needed but is nice to have. In this deck you will need to remove every tag and paparazzi is to help prevent getting tagged on the enemy turn and then getting 2 scorched earth cards. It delays a turn because they would have to tag you then trash paparazzi in one turn in order to get rid of it. |

How well have you been doing win wise? Because I really think some of the advice so far is worth listening to. I would personally say the tip about Paparazzi and the death of your other resources. |

Sneakdoorbeta takes up to much MU and you don't need to use it because you can easily just plow through all there ice no problem. I have thought and tested out every other variation and this one runs like a charm. You could take out Overmind and put in another Faerie. But that would be the only thing I would change. |

The only games I lose with this deck are when i'm facing decks that are built around scorched earth and high meat damage. Ever since I put in Paparazzi and remove every tag possible I have dropped that loss percentage against those kinds of deck by about 75%. They would have to tag me if i'm doing alot of building in order to win. |

The thing is this deck is build for pure brute force and meant to deal with anything the corp is doing not going around. I wanted something that could do well against decks with low defense and also something that could deal with a very high defense. You can fund the brute force easily which is what I love about this deck. |
Have you tried using this deck?
