I have much more to say about this deck compared to the Nova one and I don't want to bloat this explanation about a deck I actually play regularly, so I'm gonna cut this short)

So Ampère's whole thing is sacrificing consistency and an active ID ability in return for no influence limit and a limited ability to access agendas from all factions. However, there's some additional emergent benefits this ID provides;

1: The runner having no real idea of what to expect from installed cards. Other than knowing no card can show up twice barring known recursion, any unrezzed card could be anything. In an ice based deck like this, it makes all unknown ice much scarier.

2: The ability to run up to 2 agendas each from all 4 factions means you can have some insane quality agendas, namely the 4 System gateway "Limit one per deck" ones. Luminal Transubstantiation, Longevity Serum, Tomorrowʼs Headline and Above the Law are all very strong 3/2 agendas, and being able to run all 4 in a deck, along with strong defensive 5/3 agendas means scoring agendas is often barely a tempo hit.

And whilst every card in this deck is unique, their roles in the deck can broadly be defined by at least one of the groups below.

1: Easily scorable 3/2 agendas with strong upside, but are easy enough to steal.

2: Defensive/"When stolen" agendas, which means the runner will almost always have to steal and pay for at least one to win with 3 agendas stolen.

3: Passive econ assets. These go in the remote ASAP and sit there until you're sufficiently rich or a good scoring window comes up. Some of them also draw cards, namely Wall to Wall and Charlotte Caçador, helping push the game forward so you see more of your cards. Generally only need one, so a safe discard if you feel the one you have installed is secure.

4: Econ operations, pretty self explanatory. As many Hedge Fund-esque cards as possible.

5: Draw fixers, aka Spin Doctor and its worse alternatives. Sprint, Descent and to a much lesser extent Longevity Serum. Fix flooding when it happens and get the cards you want more often.

6: Recursion, both shuffling back into deck and back into hand/installed on the board. Some overlap with the above group.

7: Defensive upgrades, namely Adrian Seis, Bio Vault and Manegarm Skunkworks, used in conjunction with ice in the remote to keep is secure. Can also go on R&D if you're in a agenda waiting room for a FA win.

8: NA tools, namely the ever reliable Seamless Launch and The Holo Man. Helps with scoring out the 5/3s, or just saving clicks.

9: FA tools, which can include the previously mentioned Holoman, but is much more the Biotic Labor and Audacity to score out a 3/2. Big Deal is for when the runner neglects to pressure you to rez ice and you're rich.

10: Big ETR ice, which is self explanatory. Pharos, Mestnichestvo etc. Put this as your inner ice if possible.

11:Spiky ice, mainly the sentries like Anansi and Hammer which trash installed things and do damage. Also includes Tributary and Drafter as very strong effects the opponent can't afford to let fire too many times.

12: Gearcheck ice like Tatu-Bola, Magnet and Thimblerig, which are small with additional effects. Good outermost vs crim bypass and Tsakhia "Bankhar" Gantulga.

13:Trashable ice, which is basically just the M.I.C and Border Control, which should go on the remote if possible.

There's a few other odd cards that don't fit a group, mainly Mavirus as a great tech option, Vovô Ozetti as an econ upgrade and NGO Front as a bait for runs on your expensive remote.

This deck certainly isn't the best when compared to other IDs, and requires a lot of skill and practice to get success from, but I find it great fun to pilot and it winning games isn't quite as much down to dumb luck as you may think at first.
