🔥 ChiseLoup 🔥

This is my Loup. There are many like it, but this one is mine. Oh, actually, no. This one's quite different.

And wait...

THERE ARE 51 CARDS? THAT CAN'T BE RIGHT.

Obviously this is based on the Mulch archetype of pre-24.05 banlist, but it has quite a different flavor. A different dirt flavor.

My pet project since the New Year's Showdown, when RWR was released I was initially concerned about the potential popularity of Hammer. That never really panned out (in fact, the first time I played against Hammer was at the Summer Showdown!), but what I found was that this version was:

• just as potent as standard Loup Mulch decks
• super resilient to anti-Mulch decks (a simpler rig, and destroys the ice that would otherwise be difficult to deal with)
• exposed many corps even more with ChiselCharm
• way more flexible with influence
• doesn't need sustaining econ (except for tags and Bellona)
• not as relient on Knobkierie

So I kept playing it and tilling those silly corps.

The one notable thing about this version is it will run out of steam sooner than versions with real breakers, because you have to feed Audrey v2, and Devil Charm isn't recurable, Most Mulch deck's strongest point is when they get to the bottom of the deck and cycle key pieces with Labor Rights against an empty Stack. This deck doesn't want to get there. In fact, Labor Rights are typically used along the way to increase draw quality (against rushier corps), and more often to recur key pieces well before you get to the end.

🃏 Card Choices:

• 3x Chisel + 3x Devil Charm... With cards like Hammer, Envelopment, Winchester, Funhouse, Hydra, Anansi, Tributary, M.I.C., Bran 1.0, and many more, being able to say goodbye to them allows you to keep your foot on the corpo's neck.
• 0x Boomerang + 0x Tranquilizer + 0x real breakers... What ice remains that you are going to use this on? 🙂
• 2x Diesel + 3x Moshing... The deck was already at ~45 cards, and getting to your tools is critical (especially since we added another 2-card combo). Plus, Moshings help your econ as you set up. With a simpler rig, there are plenty of cards you don't need.
• 2x Contaminate... I found that getting purged wasn't that big of a deal since it's easy enough to smash open another window by Simulchiping out another Chisel. That is, until I ran into decks with multiple Magnets (Ob with 3x Mavirus + 2x Magnets to be specific). That matchup can be SO hard. But then I added Contaminate and it was fine again. Outside of that match, Contaminates are very flexible, and give you even more speed (especially post-purge when the corp thinks they're safe). Use as desired, then recur with Labor Rights or summon with Buffer Drive when you get pinched.

The deck was undefeated on the day, going 7-0. Try it. I dare you.
