Absolutely insane if you land a Midseason Replacements. But that's rotating soon, so what do we have afterwords?

Hard-Hitting News if you manage to make the tags stick, you suddenly have infinite Hedge Funds

Threat Level Alpha Less good, but some sort of Breaking News combo might work.

Those are the only noteworthy cards I see working well with this, but if you manage to tagstorm them only with ICE, that's cool too. Overall I think it's a nice 4/2 that's competing with Explode-a-palooza and Net Quarantine. I think it is somewhere in between those two.

But as long as we have Midseasons, have fun clicking for 17!

A pretty hilarious agenda that I think works perfectly in a kill-focused Jemison Astronautics: Sacrifice. Audacity. Success. or Blue Sun: Powering the Future deck.

Pros:

Murders the runner in the face when they thought they were safe because they trashed your BOOM!

Even if it doesn't finish the job, you still got 2 points

Nets you 2 if they aren't tagged, useful because the credit sink for scoring a 5/2 often leaves Corps at a disadvantage

You are taking an asteroid and throwing it at people

Combos perfectly with Psychographics

Cons:

Takes up more agenda slots while not being any easier to score or protecting itself

Can be stolen prematurely

damage can be negated with proper protection

Overall I think this is a hilarious agenda. Probably best if you can Fast Advance it. You also want your deck to be built around it, as 5/2s are terrible if you don't fully take advantage of their abilities

It is hilarious, yes. Sadly, you will also never see it used, because if you could pull out the kill effect, you could just boom them, and if you are scoring without tags, you are coming 2c ahead through scoring a 5/2, which is just terrible. —
I think it would be mediocre as a 4/2 or 5/3. But as a 5/2? I just fail to see the value of this card... —
I'm a newer player but it seems like the advantage is first in the fact you get a Boom! out of something you were already doing (scoring), without clicking and you can do it again later with 24/7 news cycle. in other words the value is that you can do silly agenda stuff to it. Does that make it worth it? I couldn't say. —
The problem is that Weyland has a very hard time landing two tags. It will be even harder when midseason rotates... Perhaps this could work with a Zealous Judge shenanigan...? —

An obvious Jackson Howard replacement, it has a few things over Jackson while suffering a few disadvantages

Pros vs. Jackson:

Useful at any time: Jackson Howard doesn't work during a Legwork run. Whampoa Reclamation can quickly trash your agenda to prevent it from being stolen.

Adds to the bottom of R&D- Useful for burying agendas rather than shuffling, where they may be put right on top

Doesn't RFG itself, can be Friends in High Places'd

Is Neutral, can trigger Indian Union Stock Exchange.

Discards that Vanilla you don't need to recycle that trashed BOOM!

Doesn't require overdrawing or Reuse

Cons vs. Jackson

Get one less use, assuming you do it on your turn and the runners. Only filters 2 cards.

Costs 3 more to rez

An extra influence for everyone

The extra influence is probably the most painful thing, but I feel the corps will adapt. I don't think this is the "true" Jackson replacement, I think Preemptive Action edges this out, but it can be a nice support for other "Half Jacksons" we've been getting, like Alexa Belsky, Special Report, etc.

Good review! —
"Cons vs. Jackson Get one less use, assuming you do it on your turn and the runners. Only filters 2 cards." Every turn. I played this at my games night this week and recycled many cards. Including the other copy of Whampoa that was trashed. They just kept coming back. —
The disadvantage was assuming it was always trashed, obviously that will not always be the case, but without protection, it is the most realistic. —
With Industrial Genomics ID Whampoa Reclamation trash cost is subjected to additional cost of my face-down archive? —

A quirky agenda. On one hand shoving the runner's entire hand into the dungeon seems really good, and it also has the nice benefit of fixing any residual flood you had while drawing new cards. On the other hand, NBN and 5/3s have always been flaky. THeir ICE is generally porous and outside of a Data Raven Data Ward server It seems pretty difficult to keep this alive for more than 1 turn. However, this card really shines with 24/7 News Cycle (like every other NBN agenda) This agenda can create kills and completely negates Meat Damage protection.

Start turn, have 6 cards in hand. Draw 1, then play 24/7 to shuffle 6 away, minus 1 Neural EMP. 24/7 News Cycle+ Reeducation + Neural EMP. Bam, dead. And who packs net damage protection against NBN, anyway?

The final Jemison tagline card has arrived, and it is extremely powerful, but unwieldy. The main problem comes from a deckbuilding perspective. The obvious combo is to Sac a 5/3 to Fast Advance a Government Takeover. The issue with that is that including enough 5/3s for it to be reliable and the Takeover does really weird things to your agenda density. Especially because you have to fit in 3x Project Atlas and 3x Hostile Takeover. Okay, 5/3 into Government Takeover is out. What else is there? Well you can already FA a 5/3 from an Project Atlas with Oberth Protocol, so you probably don't want that. Trading a 4/2 for a Vanity Project seems like an alright application, so that's a plus. However the final usage of Success is probably the most powerful and most difficult. You see, Success says "Advances." Not "Place Adv. Tokens." "Advance." This means this combines perfectly with The Public Agendas. Proccing Hollywood Renovation is probably your best bet, but if you really want to get spicy you can Sac a 5/3 to mill the runner's whole deck with Underway Renovation. Hollywood Renovation is crazy though. By saccing a 5/3, that means you get 4 advancement tokens from Jemison(Which always goes first) and 5 from Success, meaning 9 extra advancements to put anywhere on the board.

Fire Wall and Colossus Have fun getting through that!

or

Another Agenda- requires Shipment from MirrorMorph, which makes this, (Assuming Biotic) a 4/5 card combo (for three agendas) This needs perfect hand shaping, but Graft and an overadvanced Project Atlas suits this purpose perfectly. This means you get 3 points plus whatever other agenda you installed. I'd say that was a Success!

I think the primary use for this card is to sacrifice 3/1 and 4/2 agendas for 5 and 7 advancements respectively. The problem with this card is to get the agenda installed without the runner stealing it or with getting a Biotic Labor in hand. Also note that you can already FA a 5/3 with just a Hostile Takeover and Oberth. (2 from Jemison, 2 from first avance and oberth and 1 from second advance) —
