Why all the programs, dude? The Central breakers aren't going to help when you have actual breakers around. You don't have any stealth breakers either, so while Ghost Runner does give you money, it's only 2 credits, thus you'd be better off with another econ card (Easy Mark gives you an extra credit and is in-faction. That's an easy answer.).
