Looks a lot like an andy deck i've been testing. Try UWC with The Helpful AI 1x for the link (can be found on hostage) if you havent already. Its pretty solid imo, although still a bit slow. But thats kind of a problem in this deck type either way. Same Old Thing for hostage and even in your case Account Siphon recursion can be pretty nice too.

The Keyhole is interesting. Do you actually get to use it? Thoughts on Inside Job?

This is just an updated mock-up of my earlier Andy deck and I haven't tested it yet. The idea for Keyhole was borrowed from some other deck but that's probably not a good idea for this one. I think I'll rather go into the following direction with this deck (which also borrows a lot of ideas from someone else's deck):

Stirling Remote Control v2

Iain Stirling: Retired Spook (Honor and Profit)

Event (20)

Hardware (4)

Resource (17)

Icebreaker (3)

Program (1)

10 influence spent (max 10)
45 cards (min 45)
Cards up to Honor and Profit

Deck built on NetrunnerDB.

The v2 probably needs those 3x Crypsis back, though.

Inside Job might be nice for early game surprises (which however is a bit counter-productive considering Iain's ability) and late game economy, but I don't know if it'd really be better than some other cards like Tri-maf Contact, Sure Gamble, or Calling in Favors.

I just find the job pretty good for the remote control decks... just makes it much more likely you can get in even without the full set of breakers. But as i said i ran with andy and they are stronger early than late so i get your point.
