Before you read, I need you to close your ears because you're going to hear a lot of netrunner boomers screaming in the distance because I'm going to shit on their favourite card (and rongydoge screaming at the lack of multiaccess).
Also I'll preface this by saying that I landed 0 meaningful deep dives on the day, as in it only helped me finish the game there and then for games I was guaranteed to win by at that point in the game. SBT, pls delete Deep Dive, factions will be fine without it, cope, mald etc. Shaper can go catalogue or play honest or something.
Now you may wonder: "Wait, how did you win games where DD didn't matter AND you don't have any multiaccess?"
The meta is gacha or gotcha. Corps/runners that win/lose by a dieroll (DD/nebula) or everyone and their mother slapping in Measured Response because na-na na-na boo-boo. The past two weeks of the meta really made me feel like the vibe of how netrunner felt to me to play was just gone, the strategies enabled by the current cardpool (or ones you're forced to play if you want to do well) are just not what I enjoy. So I decided to play a runner I enjoy because it feels like netrunner to me, taking honest accesses and pressuring the corp, simple as.
As of this year, playing runner has become something I'm doing subconsciously. I don't have an active thought about my runner actions in 99/100 games. It just comes to me, including when a certain individual is trying to sneak by agendas off the board in remoteless nebula. Guess that's what 8000 games of netrunner in 2.5 years does to a person.
This is not a Hermes meta. Y'all just miss Leela. It would be good if you were playing from behind but this deck is not. We want to make the corp's life difficult and ensure you can run anywhere you want ASAP. Penny shaver makes every single run of yours cost 1c less, it is good into remoteless nebula because the way to beat it is keep it flipped, if every run is 1c cheaper, it makes your life very easy. I don't need to mention why it's good into assets. I'm still pretty cold on Transfer of Wealth but the times where I like it are the times where I don't need to clear the tag, which apparently is a lot of games so I ended up on 3x anyway. I'm pretty cold on Boomerang these days. There's too much Semak-samun, Biawak & Logjam around and I'd rather pay a little more and get a breaker down than a one time solution to it.
Do not play Shibboleth. Cat's Cradle is just better because there are no STR 2 & 3 code gates. You have Unity for NBN and Jinteki and CC can help shore up the other 2 corp factions.
You need some amount of asset tech which is, in addition to Bahia Bands either Fencer Fueno or Azimat. I went with the former because it synergizes with Bahia Bands a little. The best anti-kill tech was always in crim, provided you know when to slap it down. No, I'm not talking about No Free Lunch, I'm talking about The Class Act.
Debbie is underrated. She is the 2nd copy of Mystic Maemi.
Your goal is to make sure the corp cannot win. If you can manage to do that, you will win assuming you don't make bad runs from that point onwards. This deck does help minimize any bad runs by providing some value from every run you make.
You can send regards to any red princes with thicc asses and steamroll them because you have enough tech and econ to wipe their board as well as pressure them. However, read the decklist title. You need to know the basics of running down to the wire.
Know where to pressure the corp. Understand their wincon first. Then figure out what they need for it. Go and trash what they do. Prolong the game long enough that the corp can't win and you can win off singles because agendas pile up in HQ. Your mark runs ensure you get plenty of accesses as well. Cezve is also giga busto, blue rezeki but 2c?
Keep running and forcing ice rezzes, it helps keep the corp low on credits as well as lets you know which breaker you need. Understand what you need to trash and what you can let stay (for how NOT to do this, see my last game on the OTG stream, I'm playing like shit). T1 Transfer into an iced HQ is also completely fine if they have jammed in a remote, you don't need to ensure it lands, the card being played alone is enough and more impactful than you realize.
Once halfway through the game, understand which server you're going to win off. Ansel 1.0 and a Bumi 1.0 on R&D? Guess we're not running that anytime soon. Is the Corp going to win off a remote? Save your pinholes to eat the upgrades the turn you are planning to run it, NOT before. Farm smaller barriers for Curupira counters, I bypassed so many big barriers day-of and it has never felt better.
Cut the Deep Dive and a Flip Switch for a Joy Ride and a Cupellation. Now, it's even better.

"na-na na-na boo-boo" 10/10 multiaccess is for inefficient decks that can only afford 2 runs |

6 breakers makes me want to cry but the results don't lie - just touch cards 4head |
