Ryō “Phoenix” Ōno: Out of the Ashes is negative card draw for the corp the only other card that does this is Heliamphora this makes Ryo's id very powerful and unique use it as much as possible.

Also with sabotage funny things can happen like the corp spending the whole turn drawing card.

Game Plan

consonantly pressure the corp with your id while installing upgrades. Each turn making it harder for the corp to stop you.

starting hand

Try to get Paladin Poemu or Bravado. If asset spam get Fencer Fueno.

Early Game

Face check as much ice as possible regardless of who your playing against. If your playing against asset spam try to Install Fencer Fueno and Cacophony.

Mid Game

Install long term credit sources
Paladin Poemu, Keiko, Info Bounty, Trickster Taka, Fermenter
and start winding up Matryoshkan

Late Game

keep hammering the corp by now they should be nearing collapse, sabotage is starting to take its toll, you probably have a better economy that the corp, and you may have The Twinning set up.

Important Combos

you can use Fencer Fueno to pay for Thule Subsea: Safety Below id trigger.
Side Hustle + Paladin Poemu = 6 + 1 draw.
Ryō “Phoenix” Ōno: Out of the Ashes + running HQ you can trash whatever cards are left or steal any agendas the corp was trying to hide. Tsakhia "Bankhar" Gantulga + everything lol
Botulus + hard ice Logjam or ice with useless subs Doomscroll,N-Pot,Jaguarundi and any ice that lets the corp draw if there hand isn't empty.
lose 2credit subs are free id triggers if the run is successful

Oppo Research, this deck doesn't have any tag removal you have to manualy pay for them. This has been fine for me so far but this is definitely a weakness.
