Current are banned and trace are getting phased out. This card has no future. Which is unfortunate, because it reverse the way trace are done, which changes the math greatly. If traces had stayed, this could have been a type of lock-down. But even then, it probably would have been too powerful.

While the graphic is nice and kind of old school cyberpunk, it could have been less abstract to embody more the idea of this card. The lack of lore or quote on it makes it even less appealing, for such a powerful card. Unfortunate.

A simple card, but a powerful effect. Trashing ALL ressources can be either devastating, or merely a bit annoying for the runner, depending on the board state.

Because you can do this with a single tag, this is still a big tag punishment! Of course, most runner won't float tags anymore, ever since End of the Line became a card to watch out for. But giving a tag is quite possible, with the help of cards like Distributed Tracing, Public Trail and Hard-Hitting News.

The All-Seeing I then can save you many credits and clicks when you want to trash ressources. At the low cost of 1, you can trash ALL ressources. And in the Q2 2023 meta, most runner have usually two or three ressources on the board.

Unless you are against Adam: Compulsive Hacker, trashing all the ressources of a runner will set them back but not win you the game directly. It will give you breathing space as a corp, like any economic denial would do. But against Adam: Compulsive Hacker, it will make that identity blank, by destroying all the directives.

Currently, Market Forces and Self-Growth Program are prefered, but at 1 influence, this tag punishment can be imported in any deck that could put a tag on the runner.

Of note, this will not pair well with The Outfit: Family Owned and Operated or any Weyland that intend to use Hostile Takeover or Too Big to Fail to get credits, because of the secondary effect of the card.

We can see Victoria Jenkins being as awesome and beautiful as ever. The art and quote perfectly encapsulate the effect and intention of the card. Perfect!

Banned card. I shudder to think what could be done here. Good thing currents are banned.

But the art on this card is downright gorgeous! The name goes well with the effect. A quote would have made this card perfect, but it was maybe not popular to do that in 2015. Still, it would make an amazing playmat.

This card can get more mileage if you use Rebranding Team in your agenda suite. But paying 1 per advertisement that you bring back makes this kind of expensive.

Of course, it would be even more expensive for the runner to trash all those assets (and ices). See this review for the list of cards (in Q2 2023) that could be brought back by Ad Blitz. Of those cards, here are the one that would actually help you get back credits pretty fast while costing more for the runner than for the corp : Tiered Subscription, Launch Campaign, Marilyn Campaign (which then get shuffled back), Special Offer. Those will ensure that you are ahead of the runner in term of credits.

But this will usually just prolong the game. It can still be a nice panic button, but if you can pay 5 to 8, you were probably not in such a panic.

But there is a twist! We now have Extract and Svyatogor Excavator in the meta. Those pairs really well with bringing back lots of small assets that you can trash. At one influence, Svyatogor Excavator can be imported in NBN to get more credits faster, or just to feed it assets like Launch Campaign and Marilyn Campaign when they are on their last credits, thus gaining a credit more than what it would have brought.

Finally, at one influence, Ad Blitz could be imported anywhere (except Jinteki, which has few advertisement). It could be used by Ob Superheavy Logistics to bring back assets that it can trash and trigger its ability. It is a janky possibility, if you are into making funky decks.

While the art portray a future city with flying cars, it fail to makes feel like the effect of the card (or its name). Only the name of the card clue us on its effect. A quote would have been easy to fit. A little more efforts would have been better.

Ages ago, this card was banned.

Nowaday (in Q2 2023 meta), here are the cards agenda that could do something that could make a difference (considering you are forfeiting an agenda).

Truly, this card need to stay banned.

Fine art, fine quote, powerful card.
